JOKE OF THE WEEK

There were two people walking down the street. One was a musician. The other didn't have any money either.

CHRISTMAS 2008

MERRY CHRISTMAS! We celebrated Chistmas with Stephen, Chantel, Jackson and Grayson before they left on their trip to California to be with Chantel's Dad, Mom and family. As you can see from the pictures, we all had a great time. As great a joy as it is having your own children, there is just something special about being grandparents. Jackson and Grayson are the love of our lives. And in just six months, our dear Aaron and Carolina will be bringing another blessing into our lives with the birth of their first child. Even though we celebrate with Christmas lights, Santa and gifts, we are blessed to know the true meaning of Christmas as we celebrate Jesus' Birthday. As 2008 comes to a close, we thank all of you for being a part of our family and we wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year.

Love, Bob and Lindsay

Bob...it is fun to see you finally post pictures. I knew you would figure your new camera out. It looks like everyone had a really nice and fun Christmas at Grandpa Bob's and Grandma Lindsay's house. Yes, being a grandparent is special. I love the airplane remote toy the boys are playing with. I never saw one before; bet you had fun putting it together and playing with it too "Grin". Love you and Lindsay so much and I agree the real meaning of Christmas is celebrating the birth of our Lord and sharing a special time with our loved ones.

Love your pictures as you and Lindsay and Stephen and Chantel watch the boys with their toys. I can see they are having a blast. Can't wait until the birth of Aaron and Carolina's baby. What a great joy this will be. You can feel the love that you have for your Grandsons and the excitment down the road for Aaron and Carolina's baby. Love your lights to and yes what great joy as we celebrate the birth of Jesus. I'm so happy you posted and maybe soon you can get your own piano music on the blog. What a thrill to hear my brother play every day when I sign on to your blog. Hugs to you and I'm praying that Stephen and Chantel and the boys have a safe trip home...

Thanks for the pictures Bob. It is so great to be able to see what is going on in the lives of our loved ones. I want a toy like Jackson is playing with. That looks like so much fun. It reminds me of the great toy you got Troy on his 2nd birthday. It was a train that went on a track around his whole bedroom. He loved it. You are great at picking out presents and yes, family is so important and we do know the true meaning of Christmas. Love you, Dottie
